SECURE partnership will meet again on the 17th of October in Letterkenny town for the 'Smarter Energy Communities' seminar and study visits. Speakers from Ireland and Northern Ireland will share some energy practices they are working with. Among others, experts from Bryden Centre for advanced marine and bio-energy research, 'Greenway Development' project, Údarás na Gaeltachta – The Gaeltacht Authority of Ireland about LECo Local Energy Communities project, IN2 Engineering Design Partnership and Drumlin Wind Energy Co-operative will share their visions with the SECURE project partners and the rest of the attendees.
Partnership meeting
On the 18th of October, partners will meet for one of the last project meetings. SECURE will finish its itinerary in April 2019, therefore, attendants will discuss about project coordination, financial management and last communication and dissemination activities. They will also review the status of the three main work packages of the project: 'Build Smarter Energy Communities', 'Transnational Low Carbon Services Directory' and 'Implement Transnational Low Carbon Actions'.
