The third meeting of the SECURE project partnership will be hosted by Association of Local Authorities in Vasternorrland (Sweden).

The project plan will be discussed, together with deliverables since the last partner meeting and activities planned for the next 6 months. Other project elements to be discussed include project and financial reporting, communication requirements, etc.

Any risks or issues, particularly those that could affect project schedules or meeting deadlines will be identified and contingency plans agreed to mitigate them. Clarity will be provided by the project coordinator (ERNACT) if there are any questions about project implementation. Furthermore, the Partnership Agreement will be finalised at this meeting.
