This campaign has been introduced to complement the Council's new Energy Management System. Paddy Mullen, an Executive Engineer in the council, has highlighted the main objectives of this campaign. As Mullen explains, Council's annual energy bill is €2.7 million and this initiative will try to reduce it significantly.
