Hosted by Donegal County Council, the partners have discussed the project plan together since the kick off meeting that took place in Joensuu (Finland), in May of 2016. Partners have highlighted several activities for the following six months and have checked the financial reporting and the communication requirements. Moreover, they have identified any risks or issues that could affect project schedules or meeting deadlines.

The partners have also reviewed the project workplan, roles, responsabilities and different contributions.
